Constructive Form Awarded New PDC Storefront Contract

Constructive Form was one of the awardees for the Portland Development Commission’s (PDC) new Storefront Improvement Contracts. The firm had recently completed a prior three-year storefront contract with PDC. Funding for design fees, construction costs, and financing for private projects is available through this program.
