Bayridge Residence Bay City, Oregon 2007
The residence is to be located on a coastal bluff overlooking Tillamook Bay and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The house form creates a wind-sheltered, private-entry courtyard, along with indoor/outdoor terraces on the exposed site.
The exterior is designed to use concrete and other durable materials for the coastal climate. Internally, a timber post and beam framing system is to be constructed.
